Credit Terms and Conditions
BlueTape NET Terms for XYZ Supply Pro Accounts | Effective April 2025
XYZ Supply offers flexible NET payment terms to qualified Pro Account holders through our partnership with BlueTape, a B2B financing platform.
1. Credit Approval Process
- You must hold an active XYZ Supply Pro Account
- Submit a credit application through BlueTape at: hello.bluetape.com/xyz-supply-flexible-net-terms
- BlueTape will review your business creditworthiness and trade references
- Upon approval, BlueTape will notify you of your approved credit limit and NET term options
XYZ Supply does not make credit decisions. All credit approvals are made solely by BlueTape. XYZ Supply facilitates access to BlueTape's platform and assumes no liability for credit decisions.
2. Available NET Terms
NET 30: Full invoice amount due 30 days from invoice date.
NET 60: Full invoice amount due 60 days from invoice date.
NET 90: Full invoice amount due 90 days from invoice date.
Available terms are determined by BlueTape based on your credit application. Not all term options are available to all accounts.
3. Payment Responsibility
When you purchase using BlueTape NET terms, BlueTape pays XYZ Supply on your behalf at time of purchase. Your payment obligation is to BlueTape, not XYZ Supply, for those transactions. Review BlueTape's terms and conditions carefully.
4. Late Payment Penalties
For invoices issued directly by XYZ Supply (non-BlueTape), late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum allowed under Texas law. For BlueTape-facilitated invoices, BlueTape's own late payment terms apply.
Repeated late payments to XYZ Supply or BlueTape may result in revocation of NET terms and suspension of your Pro Account.
5. Credit Limits
Your credit limit is determined by BlueTape and may be adjusted over time. Purchases exceeding your credit limit must be paid via credit card or ACH at time of order. Contact XYZ Supply sales to discuss large orders that may approach your credit limit.
6. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
- Future orders placed on credit hold until outstanding balance is resolved
- NET terms suspended pending resolution
- Repeated or significant non-payment may result in permanent revocation of NET terms and Pro Account status
- XYZ Supply reserves the right to refer delinquent accounts to collections or pursue legal remedies
7. Relationship Between XYZ Supply and BlueTape
XYZ Supply and BlueTape are separate, independent companies. XYZ Supply facilitates access to BlueTape's financing platform as a convenience to Pro Account customers. XYZ Supply is not a lender and assumes no liability for BlueTape's decisions, terms, fees, or actions. Credit disputes must be directed to BlueTape.
8. Liability Disclaimer
XYZ Supply shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from a BlueTape credit denial, credit limit changes, or BlueTape's enforcement of its own payment terms. XYZ Supply makes no representations regarding the availability or terms of BlueTape financing.
