Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse and order on xyzsupply.com. For large orders or volume pricing, contact sales@xyzsupply.com for a formal quote.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact sales@xyzsupply.com as soon as possible. Orders can be modified or cancelled before they ship. Once an order is picked and packed, cancellation may not be possible.
Is there a minimum order?
No stated minimum for online purchases. Jobsite delivery in Dallas and Houston metro areas may have minimum order thresholds. Contact sales to confirm.
Pro Account
What is a Pro Account?
A Pro Account is XYZ Supply's verified contractor account that provides wholesale pricing, volume discounts, NET payment terms via BlueTape, and priority support. Available to licensed contractors, roofing professionals, solar installers, and qualified construction businesses.
How do I apply for a Pro Account?
Email sales@xyzsupply.com with your business name, contractor license number, and contact information. Our sales team will respond within 1-2 business days.
Is there a fee for a Pro Account?
No. Pro Accounts are free. Approval is based on trade credentials.
Can I share my Pro Account pricing?
No. Pro Account pricing is non-transferable and intended solely for your registered business. Sharing credentials or pricing may result in account revocation.
BlueTape Financing and NET Terms
What is BlueTape?
BlueTape is a B2B financing platform that provides NET 30, NET 60, and NET 90 payment terms to qualified contractors. XYZ Supply partners with BlueTape so you can take on more jobs without waiting on cash flow.
How do I apply for NET terms?
Apply directly at hello.bluetape.com/xyz-supply-flexible-net-terms. Once approved by BlueTape, you can select NET terms at checkout.
Does XYZ Supply charge interest on NET terms?
XYZ Supply does not charge interest. BlueTape may have fees associated with extended NET terms. Review BlueTape's terms when applying. Late invoice payments are subject to a finance charge per our Billing Terms.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $500 shipped to a single continental US address qualify for free standard shipping. Oversized, freight, and jobsite delivery orders may incur additional charges.
Do you deliver to jobsites?
Yes. Jobsite delivery is available in Dallas/Fort Worth and Greater Houston metro areas, including boom truck and crane delivery for large roofing and solar orders. See our Jobsite Delivery Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Standard ground shipping takes 3-5 business days for most Texas destinations. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day. Express options are available on select items.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes. Will-call pickup at our Dallas (2600 Manana Dr) and Houston (1401 Greengrass Dr) locations during business hours. Call ahead to confirm your order is ready.
Returns
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery for unopened, undamaged materials in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@xyzsupply.com with your order number and reason. We will issue an RMA number. Do not ship products back without an RMA.
Can I return solar panels or installed roofing materials?
No. Once solar panels are powered on or registered, or roofing materials are installed or cut, they are not eligible for return. Unopened units in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
Product Availability and Bulk Orders
Do you carry a specific product I need?
If you do not see it on our website, contact sales@xyzsupply.com. We may be able to source it or provide a comparable alternative.
Can I get volume pricing for a large project?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for qualifying large orders on shingles, underlayment, solar panels, racking, and other materials. Contact sales with the quantity and product details for a formal quote.
What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
We will notify you by email and offer the option to backorder with an estimated lead time or receive a full refund.
