RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Solartek, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned. We strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free return process for our customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy to ensure a smooth experience.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@solartekcorp.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the product securely, including all original accessories and packaging materials.
  4. Clearly write the return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Products without the original packaging or missing accessories
