1. Pricing Subject to Change

All prices on xyzsupply.com are subject to change without notice. Roofing and solar material prices fluctuate based on manufacturer pricing, raw material costs, and market conditions. The price at time of order confirmation applies.

2. Quote Validity

Quotes from XYZ Supply sales representatives are valid only for the period stated on the quote. If no expiration is stated, quotes are valid for 7 calendar days. After expiration, quotes must be reissued at current pricing.

3. Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, XYZ Supply reserves the right to cancel the order, notify the customer of the correct price, and offer the option to re-order at the corrected price or receive a full refund. XYZ Supply is not obligated to fulfill orders at erroneously posted prices.

4. Promotional Offers

• Promotions apply only during the stated period and while supplies last
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• XYZ Supply reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
• Some promotions are restricted to Pro Account holders

5. Bulk and Volume Pricing

Volume pricing is available for qualifying large orders on roofing shingles, underlayment, solar panels, and racking systems. Contact sales@xyzsupply.com for a formal volume quote including minimum order quantities.

6. Pro Account and Contractor Pricing

Contractor wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved Pro Account holders. Requirements: valid contractor license or business credentials, completed Pro Account application, and approval by XYZ Supply sales. Pro Account pricing is non-transferable and must not be used for retail resale.

7. Price Match Policy

XYZ Supply will consider price matching on identical products from authorized distributors. To request a price match, contact sales@xyzsupply.com with the competitor's verifiable quote. The product must be identical (same manufacturer, SKU, quantity) from an authorized distributor. Price matches are at the sole discretion of XYZ Supply management and do not apply to auction sites, liquidators, or unauthorized resellers.

8. Product Availability and Backorders

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, XYZ Supply will notify you promptly and offer the option to backorder with an estimated lead time or receive a full refund. XYZ Supply is not liable for project delays caused by availability issues beyond our control.
