Jobsite Delivery Policy

XYZ Supply — Direct-to-Jobsite Delivery in Dallas and Houston | Effective April 2025

XYZ Supply offers direct jobsite delivery for roofing and solar materials in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Greater Houston metro areas.

1. Delivery Areas

Dallas / Fort Worth Metro

Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Carrollton, Denton, and surrounding areas within approximately 60 miles of our Dallas warehouse.

Greater Houston Metro

Houston, Pasadena, Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Pearland, League City, Friendswood, Cypress, Spring, Conroe, Baytown, and surrounding areas within approximately 60 miles of our Houston warehouse.

For delivery outside these zones, contact sales@xyzsupply.com. Third-party freight may be available at additional cost.

2. Scheduling Jobsite Delivery

Jobsite delivery must be scheduled in advance. Same-day delivery is not available. Standard lead time is 1-2 business days from order confirmation, subject to truck availability.

Contact sales or request jobsite delivery at checkout
Provide the complete delivery address including gate codes or access notes
Confirm a specific delivery date and time window (AM or PM)
Ensure an authorized recipient will be on-site during the delivery window

3. Site Access Requirements

Clear path for a flatbed or boom truck (minimum 12 feet clearance)
No low-clearance obstructions below 14 feet on the delivery route
A staging area where materials can be safely set down
Gate codes and access credentials provided to XYZ Supply prior to delivery

If our delivery vehicle cannot access the jobsite due to conditions not communicated in advance, the delivery may be aborted and a redelivery fee will apply.

4. Boom Truck and Crane Delivery

Boom truck delivery is available for large roofing and solar material orders, including pallet placement on rooftops when feasible. Subject to adequate surface weight-bearing capacity, sufficient clearance for boom arm extension, and truck availability. Additional fees may apply and will be quoted in advance. XYZ Supply reserves the right to refuse boom placement if site conditions are unsafe.

5. Unloading Responsibility

XYZ Supply's delivery team unloads materials to the agreed staging area. The customer is responsible for additional handling, stacking, or distribution beyond the drop point and for ensuring the staging area is clear before the delivery window.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will incur a redelivery fee. XYZ Supply will confirm the corrected address before rescheduling.

7. Signature Requirements

All jobsite deliveries require a signature from an authorized recipient on-site. The signed delivery receipt confirms materials were received in good condition. An authorized recipient is any adult employed by or working on behalf of the ordering contractor.

8. Damage at Delivery

Inspect all materials before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found: note it on the receipt before signing, take photos, and notify XYZ Supply at sales@xyzsupply.com within 48 hours with photos and order details.

Do not discard damaged materials or packaging until the claim has been resolved.

9. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on order size, distance from warehouse, and delivery type. Fees will be quoted before order confirmation. Orders over $500 may qualify for reduced delivery fees in the standard delivery zone.
