Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

UPS, FedEx, or regional carrier. 3-5 business days for most Texas destinations. Nationwide shipping available.

Express Shipping

1-2 business day expedited delivery on select items. Additional charges apply. Contact sales to confirm availability.

Jobsite Delivery

Direct to your jobsite in Dallas/Houston metro areas. Boom truck delivery available for large roofing and solar orders.

Will-Call Pickup

Pick up from our Dallas or Houston warehouse. Ready same or next business day for in-stock items. Call ahead to confirm.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $500 shipped to a single address within the continental United States. Does not include oversized or freight items.

Processing Times

  • In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time

Delivery Areas

XYZ Supply ships nationwide via standard carriers. Jobsite delivery (including boom truck service) is available in Dallas/Fort Worth and Greater Houston metro areas. For jobsite delivery outside these areas, contact sales@xyzsupply.com.

Oversized and Freight Items

Solar panels, palletized roofing materials, and other oversized items ship via LTL or flatbed freight and are not eligible for standard free shipping. Freight charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. A freight quote will be provided before order confirmation on qualifying items.

Freight deliveries require someone present to receive and sign. Missed delivery attempts may incur redelivery fees from the freight carrier.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. For LTL freight orders, a PRO number or BOL will be provided. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of the expected ship date, contact sales@xyzsupply.com.

Damages and Claims

Inspect all shipments at delivery before signing. If damage is found: note it on the delivery receipt, photograph damaged packaging and product, and email sales@xyzsupply.com within 48 hours with photos and order number. Do not discard damaged packaging.

Returns Summary

Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened, undamaged materials in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. All returns require an RMA number.
